Returns & Exchanges
You always have the right to make a return to us within 14 days from the date that you received your order. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the time you or a representative to you received the goods ordered.
The most convenient way to inform us regarding your return is by filling in and sending the return bill that came in the package along with your products.
The goods must be returned to us as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the date you informed us about your return. The merchandise must be well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.
How to make a return:
1. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you wish to make a return. We will send you a return note. Fill in the return note, write the return code and the number of items you wish to return.
2. Put the return note together with the item or the items you would like to return. If you prefer, you can use the same package or bag that you received your goods. You can of course also use a different package if you want.
3. Go to your nearest post office and ask to send the return to the address below. You are responsible for paying the return postage fee at a return and we recommend you choose registered mail when you make your return, so you get a tracking number and can track your return all the way to us.

5. Once we have received and registered your returned goods, we will inform you via email. We will then refund the money to you.
