How do I make a return?

It's easy to make a return to us via DM! Fill in your return slip and hand in your package at one of Postnord's service points and we'll take care of the rest. More information on how to make a return can be found here .

How do I make an exchange with you?

- If you want to make an exchange, you must return the product that you received from us and simply place a new order for the product that you wish to receive instead. We offer free return shipping on the item that did not fit when you choose to order a new item, email us at info@dennismaglic.com for a return slip.

I am going to make a return and wonder if I have to pay my invoice?

- You must not pay anything on the invoice for the goods you send back. We credit (remove) the invoice after we receive the return, minus the cost of return shipping which is SEK 69. If your due date is approaching and you are worried that we won't have time to register your return before the invoice is due, you can pause your invoice via Klarna on phone 08 120 120 10.

My invoice has arrived but I haven't received my package yet?

- The invoice is sent at the same time as your package is sent from us. The invoice always arrives approx. 2-3 days before you receive your order. You do not need to pay the invoice until you have received your package and are satisfied with your goods.

I have lost my invoice. How do I get a new one?

- Please contact Klarna here or by phone 08 – 120 120 10 and they will help you get a new invoice.

Where can I find your terms of purchase?

- You can find our purchase terms via the "Purchase terms" link at the bottom of this page. It is important that you read these through before purchasing.

Change size:

- Should you receive something that doesn't fit, you should send it back and then place a new order for what you want instead.

How long is your delivery time?

- Our regular delivery time is 3-5 working days. If you want faster delivery, you can add the "Express Delivery" option at checkout. The delivery time for orders with express delivery is approx. 1-2 working days.

ATTENTION! If you order an item that is not in stock, the delivery time is longer, so be sure to look at the product page under "Stock status" where the current delivery time is always specified.

Payment options:

- We offer several different payment methods to our customers. In our checkout called Klarna Checkout, you can choose to pay by card, invoice and direct bank payment.

Don't forget to enter your orderID when you contact us. Your orderID is in the order confirmation that you receive via email immediately after your order and consists of 6 digits.
