It is both safe and easy to order from DM. We love fast delivery and our delivery time is only about 5-10 working days from the day that the order is placed and paid. NOTE! For goods that are not in stock the delivery time is longer so please keep an eye on the product pages where we inform about a possible longer delivery time.
If you need even faster delivery you can choose express delivery which only takes 1-3 business days worldwide!
If a delivery is delayed for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you don’t collect your goods when they arrive to your postal office we will charge an administrative fee of shipping cost plus 50 USD. Be sure to always enter the correct shipping address, you are responsible for typing in a wrong address causing the goods not to reach you.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above € 100.

A purchase has been made when you as a customer receive an order confirmation to your email address. Once we have received your order we will immediately send a confirmation to your email. In order to shop at DM you must be 18 years of age or have parental consent.
Remember to keep your confirmation and your order number! It is (provided that payment for the order is made) your proof of purchase with us.
We are not able to change anything in your order after it’s done, so please carefully consider your purchases before ordering.
The payment method offered by DM is paying with Paypal, the safest payment service in the world. With PayPal you can securely pay for your order either by credit card or with your Paypal account.
Prices are shown in Euros. Our prices include 25% Swedish VAT.
4. Open purchase
According to Swedish Law, you as a customer of DM have always the right to cancel the contract by returning your goods to us within 14 days of receipt. In order to be able to use your right to cancel you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in original packaging.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
Items purchased on sale (goods with reduced price) are not covered with the right to get a refund.
Before making a return, you must contact our customer service department and ask for a return address. Shipping charges will not be refunded on return.
Please note: If you do not pick up your package at a delivery point within the specified time, or if your package can not be delivered due to an incorrect address you will be charged 30 €.
DM reserves the right to alter prices due to large price deviations from their suppliers, typos or other errors that are outside DM's control. Learn more about unforeseen events during the Force Majeure below.
6. Delivery Delays
Sometimes shipping delays occur. If this happens DM disclaims all liability to you as a customer for any injury or suffer that the delay may have caused.
7. Force Majeur
Should unforeseen events beyond DM's control occur (such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and other similar events) and these events prevents DM from keeping our agreement to you, DM should not be held responsible due the above reasons.
8. Transport risk
Your order will be sent by Swedish mail. If your package would unlikely get lost or damaged during shipment to you it is at our risk, and in case of your package getting lost we will send you a new one free of charge. In a possible return to DM you together with the Post are accounted for the freight risk.
9. Taxes & duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
10. Damaged Goods
When you get your package it is important that you immediately look through it. Should the packaging and contents be damaged please indicate this to your mail center or directly to the Post. Always keep the confirmation you receive on your goods are damaged. We would be grateful if you would notify us as soon as possible after it has occurred, but this must be done within a week from the date you received your order.
11. Personal Information
DM follows the Swedish Personal Data Act, which maintains a high level to provide individual protection for the personal data stored.According to this law, DM must ask you to agree that data is processed and stored in our database.
Through your purchase at you confirm this consent. All personal information you provide to DM when you make a purchase will be processed by DM acting as a data controller.
The information stored will be used only so DM can fulfill its obligations to you, and in the communication between DM and you.
12. Specific terms regarding purchase of our lenses
Before you buy our contact lenses, it is important that you ensure that you do not have any eye infection, problems with the cornea, eye allergy or chronic eye problems.
At the slightest uncertainty about colored contact lenses, you should first consult with an eye specialist before making a purchase.The lenses product description clearly states that you must store them in separate lens container with special lens solution, by not doing this your lenses will dry and become unusable. If the eye becomes irritated, red or tearful and this persists for a long time – take the lenses out immediately and consult an eye specialist.
13. Costumer service
DM offers you costumer service by e-mail. You can reach us via our contact form and we will answer all your questions within 48 hours. Please note that our response time can be longer during Swedish holidays. At this moment you can can not reach us by phone.
